Sean Boring (chef/owner) is a native Angeleno and seasoned hospitality, culinary, and writer/director with more than twenty years of both creative and operational leadership experience across the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment industries.
He first married his passion for cooking and feeding others when he was a volunteer chef for over 10 years for a non-profit summer camp for children affected by or infected with HIV/AIDS. Creating menus, all from scratch - never prepared or frozen, for over 125 campers and staff quickly accelerated his skills in the kitchen.
Since, he has catered numerous special events, with the standout always being his unique take on the humble (but always delicious) quesadilla. Sean is always looking for fun and creative ways to elevate the ordinary into something extraordinary.
